Beautiful video, Janae - and a testament to you and your life partner. For me, breath training has been one powerful elemental window into the EMF field space. Lots of others, and agreed, Janae - re: Heart Math - high tech / wearables are useful, but can also be distracting. Again, balancing our ANALOG and DIGITAL selves seems vital. As our breath mentor Wim Hof likes to say "Feeling is Believing."
